There is a cold weather warning in Hong Kong. Temperatures are down to a chilly 9 degrees. The government is warning people to put on warm clothes and avoid 'adverse effects due to cold weather' and says that 'if you must go out(!) avoid prolonged exposure to wintry winds'. Hilarious.
